New Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is determined to hand Chelsea a massive blow by making an offer for Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba, according to Calciomercato.it.
The Blues are strong favourites to land the Frenchman if he decides to leave Turin with Real Madrid also interested.
But Mourinho, who wanted the 23-year-old at Stamford Bridge last summer, will fight to secure the services of the youngster who is considered by many as the strongest midfielder in the game.
For now, Pogba is fully focused on the upcoming Euro 2016 as he was full of praise for manager Didier Deschamps.
"What he always says is to focus on the game and specific situations. He never wants us to worry about factors off the field," Pogba is quoted as saying by Goal.com.
"He has been through these situations and would share his experiences with us, as he always does.
"When you have such a legend in the dressing room, you feel very comfortable."
