New Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho wants to sign Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic, Calciomercato.com has revealed.
The 27-year-old sparked speculation over his future at the club after deciding not to celebrate his goal against Sunderland at the start of the month.
Reports from Italy have claimed that Juventus are ready to make a £20million offer to sign him but he could be tempted to join former manager Jose Mourinho at Manchester United.
"Yeah, it was a great goal, but I decided not to celebrate, I have my reasons," Matic said after scoring at the Stadium of Light.
"As you know, last season we were champions, and this season we were not even close. But we will see in the future what we can do.
"This season was not good for us as you know already, but I believe in our quality."
