Manchester United are determined to make a successful move to sign Lazio defensive midfielder Lucas Biglia according to Calciomercato.com.
The 30-year-old was already a target for the Red Devils last summer but Lazio rejected an £18million offer for the player.
He is expected to take over from Michael Carrick in midfield.
The Red Devils are ready to offer £15million to secure the services of the experienced midfielder but Lazio intend to offer a new contract to keep him at the club at least for one more season.
