Louis van Gaal gives latest update on the future of David De Gea

By

Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal says goalkeeper David De Gea will not be sold to Real Madrid.

The Spaniard is yet to feature for the Red Devils with Sergio Romero starting all three Premier League games so far this season.

But the Dutchman has rejected claims that De Gea will leave Old Trafford in the summer.

"I think when Manchester United wants a player he shall come, besides when a club is not selling," van Gaal is quoted as saying by FOX Sports.

"It is the same with us. We are not selling De Gea.

"You have to wait to see [if we are going to add new players].

"It's not any pressure for me. We have 28 players. We did it last season without Pedro."
