Manchester United target Pedro will leave the club to make a move to England, the president of Spanish side Raqui San Isidro has declared.
Although Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu said that the 28-year-old will not leave the club, reports in Spain have claimed that the player is desperate to secure regular first-team football ahead of next summer's European Championship.
And Jamie Lorenzo says "more minutes" on the pitch is the main reason why the Spaniard is ready to make a move to the English Premier League.
"The other day the mother of Pedro told us that he is leaving for England," he said.
"I think it would be a good challenge for him and he would have more minutes."
The Red Devils are expected to offer £22m to secure the services of the winger and an announcement could be made as early as next week.
