Manchester United are reportedly set to offer £66.5m to try and sign Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid, the Daily Star reports.
Reports in Spain claim that the 30-year-old was very disappointed with Real Madrid's decision to sack coach Carlo Ancelotti and that Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea and Manchester United are all ready to make a move to sign him.
Last month, Spanish journalist Alfredo Duro revealed that the Red Devils already made contact with the player's agent, Jorge Mendes.
"Jorge Mendes, when he was in Manchester, not only spoke about De Gea, but also Cristiano Ronaldo," Alfredo Duro told Marca.
"It was the same in London and Madrid."
