Manchester United have "endless cash" to spend during the summer transfer window according to Manchester football expert Jamie Jackson.
Jackson has echoed Robin van Persie's opinion after the Dutchman revealed last week that the Red Devils will spend at least £200m this summer.
Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane is rumoured to be boss Louis van Gaal's main priority ahead of next season and Jackson believes Spurs chairman Daniel Levy could sell the Englishman if an important offer is received.
"United have endless cash more or less," the Guardian writer told the Transfer Tavern.
"The kit deal with Adidas deal kicks in over August, which will bring the club £750million over the next ten years, that is a phenomenal amount.
"They've got pots of money, they really have.
"I think Daniel Levy would sell if they got the right kind of money for Kane. If he was to get £40m, for me that would be a good price for Tottenham.
"I'll be surprised if he does leave, just because I think Levy feels that, if he's going to be sold, he could probably get more money for him after another good season at Spurs.
"United's number one target in Benzema, but if they come to the end of the window and United are still struggling to get a top striker, you might see them trying to push the Kane deal through."
