Manchester United are reportedly on the brink of completing the transfer of Internacional’s Rodrigo Dourado, Metro reports.
The youngster was monitored by Manchester United scouts and is considered by many as Michael Carrick’s potential successor at Old Trafford.
Earlier in the season, the 20-year-old revealed that he would be delighted to play in one of Europe's top clubs next season.
"Every player dreams of Bayern, Chelsea, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Manchester United," he said.
"But today, it was so difficult to become a professional at Internacional. I'm focused here and want to stay very focused here."
