Former Manchester United goalkeeper Raimond van der Gouw says Bayern Munich's Manuel Neuer would be the perfect player to replace David De Gea.
The Spaniard is expected to leave Old Trafford to join Real Madrid in the summer transfer window.
Often compared to United legend Peter Schmeichel, the 29-year-old German is considered by many as the best goalkeeper in the world and was nominated for the 2014 Fifa Ballon d'Or.
He won the World Cup with Germany in 2014, as well as a German league and cup double with Bayern Munich.
"It's very difficult to replace David De Gea because he is exceptional," van der Gouw told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast show.
"I would say put Manuel Neuer in the goal of Manchester United, that would be good."
