Manchester United: Marcos Rojo joins as Nani goes the other way

By

Manchester United are due to officially announce the arrival of Marcos Rojo after the player confirmed this morning that he will play for the Red Devils.

Speaking to "Radio Continental", the 24-year-old described the move as a dream with the Manchester club set to offer £16m plus Nani to secure the services of the talented Argentinean.

On leaving Sporting Lisbon, Rojo said: "Leaving Sporting is not easy but wearing the jersey of the 'Red Devils' is a dream."

The youngster also believes he will settle down quickly at his new club after having a chat with former Manchester United midfielder Juan Sebastian Veron.

"I spoke with Juan Sebastian Veron about Manchester United when we were at Estudiantes," said the Argentinean.

"I have always liked English football, and I should adapt to this new playing style easily.”
