Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini was full of praise for his side after an easy 3-0 away win at Norwich City in the FA Cup.
The Citizens rested a number of key players at Carrow Road but impressed as they eased past Alex Neil's men to reach the fourth round of the competition.
"It was a very good performance. From the beginning we were very aggressive," Pellegrini is quoted as saying by the BBC.
"I said last week the way Sergio Aguero started playing and the more minutes he plays he always improves his performance. He scored a beautiful goal.
"It's very important to be focused game-by-game.
"One of the merits of this squad is to be involved in all the competitions with the injuries that we have had."
