New Manchester City striker Kevin De Bruyne says he is returning to the Premier League to reach the "highest possible level" as a footballer.
The 24-year-old was very disappointing during his spell at Stamford Bridge with Chelsea but became an instant hit after leaving to join Wolfsburg in Germany.
He has agreed a six-year deal with the Citizens who paid £55m to secure his services.
"I want to reach the highest level possible as a player," the player told Manchester City's official website.
"I think the most important thing is that at the end of the season we can be happy and maybe have some titles.
"I think this is the most important for the Club, the players and for the fans of course."
