Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini was delighted after his side's 5-0 win against Newcastle United.
It was Yaya Toure's first game for the Citizens since his Africa Cup of Nations victory and it comes as no surprise that everything clicked in Pellegrini's side.
And with Chelsea only managing a draw at home against Burnley, City move to only five points from the leaders.
"I'm very pleased because we returned to [being] a scoring team and did not concede goals," Pellegrini said after the big win.
"If the other teams drop points it is good for us. Of course, we need to continue winning if we want to fight for the title and we need Chelsea to drop more points.
"Four goals were wonderful play and the first goal was good play as well.
"It is very important to arrive for the Barcelona game having won today."
