Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt revealed he spoke with striker Mario Balotelli before the Italian accepted a move to Liverpool.
The striker was heavily linked with a move away from Milan during the summer and accepted Liverpool's offer and a chance to make a comeback in the English Premier League.
"We were speaking the other day and I told him that England is the best place to play football," Bolt told ESPN.
"For me, as long as he makes a couple of errors when he plays against United, everyone will be happy!"
Bolt's favourite team Manchester United have struggled in the first part of the season and with the Red Devils starting a new era under manager Louis van Gaal, players will need time to adapt to the system.
But still, Bolt believes a top-four finish and a Champions League spot are a must.
"It will be difficult for the team to adopt to the new system but with time everything will get better," added Bolt.
"Manchester United must get back among the top four. Although they won't win the league, they must return to the Champions League.
"Then, next season we will be good enough to go for the title."
