The transfer of Robert Kenedy from Chelsea to Newcastle United has been delayed but will eventually go through, Goal.com has claimed.
Manager Antonio Conte is not happy with the size of his squad and he faces more problems with Gary Cahill and Cesc Fabregas not available for this weekend.
But the Brazilian will leave the club before the end of the summer transfer window.
He is expected to leave on loan although his future at Stamford Bridge is uncertain.
He was accused of xenophobia and racism over comments made in Instagram posts last month.
Chelsea and the player apologised but the relationship between the two has since broken down.
