Chelsea target Ousmane Dembele has not agreed personal terms with Barcelona, sporting director Michael Zorc said.
The talented youngster has been linked with a move to the Spanish Liga to replace Neymar.
But Zorc has rubbished the rumours.
"I am not aware of a commitment," he told reporters.
"This will surely accompany us for a while.
"It makes no sense to comment on these permanent rumours every time."
The 20-year-old is one of the most promising youngsters in world football and has attracted interest from the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Barcelona.
