Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is keeping a close eye on Leicester City's Danny Drinkwater, Express Sport has claimed.
The Serbian left the club to join Manchester United, leaving an important gap in Conte's midfield.
The Blues have already secured the services of Tiemoue Bakayoko but the Italian manager wants at least four more signings before the end of the summer transfer window.
Drinkwater was one of the key players in Claudio Ranieri's title-winning side two years ago.
The 27-year-old is reportedly eager to move to Stamford Bridge and reunite with former Leicester City midfielder N’Golo Kante.
Renato Sanches, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Ross Barkley have also been linked with Chelsea.
