Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri gives Alex Sandro update and it's not good news for Chelsea fans

By

Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri says defender Alex Sandro will not leave the club.

Recent reports have claimed that he will move to Stamford Bridge for £60million.

But the Italian manager has rubbished the rumours as he was full of praise for the Brazilian.

"This year will be more difficult because all our rivals have strengthened," he told reporters.

"It will be complicated and tricky to win the seventh consecutive league title but it's our primary objective.

"Last season, Roma got 87 points, a record in their history, and they'll be the main rivals, but Napoli, Milan and Internazionale will also fight for the title.

"Alex Sandro? He's a Juventus player, he's extraordinary and he won't leave us.

"He's improved so much since he came to Juve and he has the margins to improve again. Along with Marcelo, he's one of the best in the world."
