Chelsea and PSV Eindhoven have reached an agreement for the transfer of Marco van Ginkel to the Netherlands.
Goal.com has claimed that the 24-year-old will leave Stamford Bridge, probably on a permanent deal.
The midfielder joined the Blues in 2013 but has only featured four times for them.
He enjoyed loan spells at Milan, Stoke City and PSV Eindhoven in recent years.
Manager Antonio Conte has made it clear that the player is not part of his plan for next season.
PSV tried to sign him permanently last summer but the Blues decided to wait.
They are however now ready to accept the offer of the Dutch giants.
