The agent of defender Antonio Rudiger has arrived in London to finalise his client's move to Chelsea.
Sky Sports has revealed on Saturday that the Germany international will become Antonio Conte's second senior squad addition.
He will follow goalkeeper Willy Caballero who joined the club after being released by Manchester City.
The Blues will pay £34million to secure the services of the 24-year-old.
He was one of the best players for Germany as they won the Confederations Cup in Russia this summer.
Rudiger joined Roma from VfB Stuttgart during the summer of 2015 and after a very disappointing start he established himself as one of the most impressive defenders in the Serie A.
