Striker Tammy Abraham has signed a new five-year deal with Chelsea, the club has announced on Tuesday.
The youngster will however spend next season on loan at Swansea City.
The 19-year-old enjoyed a very positive campaign at Bristol City last season, scoring 26 goals for the Robins.
His salary at Stamford Bridge has been increased to £50,000-a-week.
Newcastle United and Brighton & Hove Albion were also interested in the striker.
He has only made two appearances for Chelsea but is considered by the club as one for the future.
He featured for the England Under-21s at this summer's European Championships in Poland.
