Turkish starlet Cengiz Under is ready to embark on a new experience in the English Premier League.
The 19-year-old has been linked with the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea in recent weeks with the Blues already making a £6.5million offer to secure his services.
According to reports in England, Chelsea will make an improved bid of £10.5million that Istanbul Basaksehir could be ready to accept.
"Every player wants to play in a team like Manchester United or Chelsea," Under told Turkish paper Milliyet.
"I believe that one day I will play for one of those teams.
"Among the leagues I want to play in are La Liga, the Bundesliga and the Premier League, but I want to play in the Premier League the most."
