Market transfer expert Gianluca di Marzio says Atletico Madrid will soon announce the return of Diego Costa after having reached an agreement with Chelsea.
The Blues wanted £88million for the Spain international but the two clubs eventually reached an agreement for £50million.
He would train with Atletico Madrid for the first few months and will be eligible to play after their transfer ban is over in January.
The 28-year-old was bitterly disappointed at the start of the month after he received a phone message from manager Antonio Conte.
"Antonio Conte has told me by message that I will not continue with Chelsea and that's it," Costa said.
"My relationship with the coach has been bad this season and it is clear that he does not want me on the team.
"I guess I have had such a bad season that I can't continue.
"Right now I'm a Chelsea player because I have a contract, but the coach does not want me there.
"I have to find a new team."
