Chelsea centre back Tomas Kalas will be Hull City's first summer signing according to TuttoMercatoWeb.
The 24-year-old will be one of the many players the Blues will loan out to Hull City.
Manager Leonid Slutsky is a close friend of Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich and as confirmed last week the two clubs will sit down to discuss a number of transfer deals this summer.
"In the Championship we have some loan options," Slutsky told Sky Sports News HQ.
"It's four players from one team, and it's a possible situation to get some players from Chelsea.
"We spoke with him about this situation, but it's not the absolute option. If we need some players, I think it's possible.
"Chelsea have a lot of serious players - 37 on loan altogether, all over Europe. I think we will have some opportunities but I won't speak about each player.
"I am very thankful to Mr Abramovich - he really helped me. He recommended me to Riversdown school [for English lessons] and helped me with tickets for each match, and I watched a lot of training sessions at Chelsea.
"I don't think he will be disappointed with his decision to help me, but he can't help me on the football pitch."
Kalas moved to Stamford Bridge during the 2010 summer transfer window but has been since loaned out to Vitesse, FC Koln, Middlesbrough and Fulham.
He is expected to finally leave the club on a permanent basis this month.
