Chelsea manager Antonio Conte will leave the club if his transfer demands are not met by the club, Metro has claimed.
The Italian has made it clear that he wants Romelu Lukaku in his squad to replace Diego Costa who will leave the club this summer.
But it seems the club is not willing to pay £78.6million for the Belgium international.
Conte is unhappy with his side's refusal to meet Everton's asking price and has urged the club to finalise the transfer before the first week of next month.
Chelsea will begin pre-season on July 3 and the Italian wants to have a full squad in order to properly prepare next season's Premier League and Champions League campaign.
The Blues are yet to make any signings this summer but have been linked with Willy Caballero, Romelu Lukaku and Kylian Mbappe.
Meanwhile, sources close to the club have laughed off suggestions that Conte has threatened to leave and that former Borussia Dortmund Thomas Tuchel will be the one to replace him.
