Marco Verratti's agent Donato Di Campli has ruled out the possibility that his client will leave Paris Saint-Germain to move to the Italian Serie A.
The Italy international will discuss his future with the French giants amid rumours that he wants to leave the club in the summer.
Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is an admirer of the 24-year-old and would be delighted to add him to his squad ahead of next season's Premier League and Champions League.
"It's very complicated [to leave], but we have expressed our ideas to PSG. We're not talking about Barcelona or other clubs, it's about projects," Di Campli told Sky Italia.
"I think I represent a champion and clearly I have questions. To be a champion you have to win.
"If PSG don't want to sell him, despite offers from all over Europe, then we'd have to examine our consciences in Italy."
"[A move to the Serie A is] difficult, I think it's a deal which is still out of the scope of Italian clubs."
