London derby: Antonio Conte has Arsenal target at the top of his transfer list this summer

By

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has identified Arsenal target Alex Sandro as one of his top transfer target for the summer.

The left-back has been in exceptional form since moving to the Italian Serie A and featured in last week's Champions League Final against Real Madrid.

Conte's excellent relationship with the Bianconeri could prove vital in concluding the transfer.

The 26-year-old has a market transfer value of £45million.

He joined the Bianconeri for £22million from Porto during the 2015 summer transfer window, slowly establishing himself as one of the best players in Massimiliano Allegri's squad.

Last week, Metro reported that Sandro would be ideal for manager Antonio Conte's 3-4-3 system at Chelsea and looks ready to take on the challenges of playing in the Premier League.
