Real Madrid and Eden Hazard's representatives have already met three times to negotiate the transfer of the attacking midfielder from Chelsea to Real Madrid.
According to the Sun, the Belgium international was promised a key role at the Santiago Bernabeu as the Spanish giants intend to offer £100million to secure his services.
Hazard was again pivotal to the Londoners as he helped them to win the English Premier League title.
Manager Antonio Conte wants to keep the talented 26-year-old but may eventually give up if the Liga champions do offer £100million.
Last week, Hazard said he wants to become one of the main leaders at Stamford Bridge.
"Me? Yeah, we have a couple of players [who could be leaders]," he said.
"Now I play my fifth year at Chelsea, you know we have some guys who have a lot of experience, so we are ready for that. We have a couple of leaders - I try to be one on the pitch. We have a lot of guys who can do that."
