Chelsea defender Nathan Ake and goalkeeper Asmir Begovic could leave the club this summer, Calciomercato.it has revealed.
The Blues are expected to reach an agreement for £40million with Bournemouth for the transfer of the two players.
Ake joined the Cherries on loan last summer but was recalled by manager Antonio Conte ahead of the last few months of the season.
Begovic, on the other hand, spent most of the season on the bench and is determined to leave Stamford Bridge in order to secure regular first-team football in another club.
The 29-year-old goalkeeper will receive a Premier League winners' medal despite making only two league appearances for the club this campaign.
He confirmed sitting on the bench is difficult and will meet the club to decide his future before the start of pre-season.
"It's difficult not playing, don't get me wrong," he told Sky Sports.
"It's something that I think every player wants to do, myself included, and it's been a good season all round anyway because of the success we've had, but hopefully I can play more going forward in the future.
"I'm not thinking about anything else than being here, after the last couple of games of the season we will sit down together as a club as we do every year and see what the best thing to do is and go from there.
"I like to do it in the right way, in the best interests of everyone, and go forward from there."
