Alessandro Lucci is in London to understand if Chelsea want to sell winger Juan Cuadrado to Juventus.
According to Tutto Mercato Web, Lucci will meet club director Marina Granovskaia later on today to finalise the transfer before the end of the summer transfer window.
The Colombia international made it clear that he wants to return to the Italian Serie A.
Manager Antonio Conte has blocked the transfer but is yet to deploy the 28-year-old so far this season.
He was expected to start against Bristol Rovers in the League Cup but he wasn't even on the bench.
Cuadrado was one of the most important players for Juventus head coach Massimiliano Allegri last season and he is desperate to return to Turin.
If the transfer goes through, the agreement between the two clubs will be a loan with obligation to buy.
