Arsenal target Riyad Mahrez was spotted at Chelsea’s team hotel at the same time as Antonio Conte, The Sun has revealed.
The Algerian has won the Professional Footballers' Association Player of the Year award last season and is a target for a number of top European clubs.
And according to the Telegraph, the player's agent told Italian journalist Alessandro Schiavone that his client wants to move to Stamford Bridge.
Last week, Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri insisted that the 25-year-old will not leave the club this summer.
"The chairman [Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha] told me at the beginning, when we spoke, that we want to keep everybody," Ranieri told reporters.
"[N'Golo] Kante had a clause and wanted to go, but the others stay with us.
"It is not a distraction for me. I am used to speaking about these things.
"But it is important that my players believe in the new moment. It is normal others want Riyad and other players, but we must focus on the job.
"I speak with him a lot and I hope I can help him.
"He [Mahrez] has a contract – another three years. Why does he have to sign? He has money and everything."
