The transfer of striker Romelu Lukaku to Chelsea will be finalised this week, according to the Evening Standard.
The Blues already made two official offers to secure the services of the Everton man but both were rejected.
They are expected to make a new offer that includes striker Loic Remy leaving the club to move to Goodison Park.
If the transfer goes through, the Belgium international will be Chelsea's third summer signing and he will join fellow countryman Michy Batshuayi at the club.
Meanwhile, manager Antonio Conte has confirmed that "something" is about to happen in respect to players joining the club and others leaving Stamford Bridge.
"I think in the future something can happen with the transfer market, in and out," Conte told reporters.
"We know that in the future, different changes can happen, both in and out, with the players."
