Chelsea have confirmed on Twitter that goalkeeper Matej Delac has left the club to join Royal Excel Mouscron on loan.
The 23-year-old is yet to make his official debut for the Blues.
He moved to Stamford Bridge in September 2009 after signing a five-year contract.
But since then he was loaned out to Vitesse, Dynamo C. Budejovice, Vitoria de Guimaraes, Inter Zapresic, Vojvodina, Sarajevo, Arles, back to Sarajevo and finally to Mouscron-Peruwelz.
The Belgian side said in a statement that they are "confident that they [Matej Delac and Luka Stojanovic] will bring a supplement to our workforce in the new season."
Delac joins the likes of Nathan Ake, Jeremie Boga and Alex Kiwomya who have all left the club to enjoy loan spells away from Stamford Bridge.
