Kalidou Koulibaly's agent Bruno Satin has again confirmed that Chelsea are interested in signing the Napoli defender.
The 25-year-old has been a target for new manager Antonio Conte since the start of the summer and is not interested in signing a new contract with the Partenopei.
Arsenal and Everton are also interested but Senegalese prefers to move to Stamford Bridge in order to work under Conte.
"I was in Dimaro [Napoli's training camp for the summer] last Saturday," Satin told Radio CRC.
"We evaluated the situation and I'm not aware that the two parties are close to reaching an agreement.
"Maybe that's what the club's directors understood but the player still wants to leave, he doesn't want to extend his contract.
"The club keeps saying that he is a great player but we're yet to receive a new offer.
"All I can say to the Napoli fans is that he will not join Juventus. Chelsea and Everton are still interested, they want to sign a strong central defender."
