Spanish side Granada have confirmed on their official website that an agreement has been reached with Chelsea for the transfer of midfielder Victorien Angban.
The Ivorian joins Jeremie Boga who was also loaned out to Granada by the Blues.
The 19-year-old is yet to make his official debut at Stamford Bridge as he spent last season on loan at Belgian side Sint-Truidense V.V.
Meanwhile, manager Antonio Conte says his players have to work extremely hard if they are to fight for this season's Premier League title.
"We must work a lot," he told reporters.
"We come after a bad season, after a 10th-place [finish] and we need to come back very soon in the right position because Chelsea is a great team in England and in the world.
"We must come back to fight for the title."
