Chelsea have joined Manchester United in the race to sign Roma defender Kostas Manolas, his agent has confirmed.
Reports in Italy have claimed that the Greece international is unhappy at the club and wants to leave to play in the English Premier League.
Roma president James Pallotta declared at the start of the month that the 25-year-old is not for sale but the Blues and the Red Devils are determined to fight to secure the services of the strong defender.
"The best clubs in Europe want him," agent Ioannis Evangelopoulos told Il Tempo.
"There isn't just Manchester City, but also United and Chelsea.
"I haven't spoken with Roma for a while."
