Chelsea legend Marcel Desailly says Antonio Conte might it find it hard to find a place for Eden Hazard in his squad next season.
The Italian will take over at Chelsea next week after enjoying a very positive tournament at the Euro 2016 Championship.
And according to the Frenchman, a number of Chelsea players could leave because they "don't match" with the game philosophy of the 46-year-old.
"I am still waiting to see how they are going to organise the team around him [Conte] because some of the players who are there don't match with his own philosophy of the game," Desailly told The Sun.
"He will probably have to get rid of two or three players before we can allow him to develop his skills, because he is a very talented coach.
"We are sure that he is not going to play three at the back, this is obvious.
"That is unless he has to move guys – and it might be too much.
"Now the animation is, is Hazard to fit into the system?
"Is he going to play with wings, is he going to play with three at the back?
"Let's see how he will come up with a plan."
