Chelsea have won the race to sign Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly, Mirror has revealed.
As exclusively reported at the start of June, the Senegalese will join Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge.
His relationship with the Italian giants broke down after he spoke with French newspaper L'Equipe without club permission.
The 24-year-old is expected to be announced as Chelsea's second summer signing in the coming days.
In June, he revealed that he was going to soon speak with new Blues manager Antonio Conte over a possible move to London.
"Big clubs want to sign me and there is no sign of a renewal with Napoli," the defender told L'Equipe last month.
"The negotiations for a contract extension have stalled and they never wanted to discuss with us.
"I want to make the right decision from a financial and sporting standpoint.
"I have not talked to him [Antonio Conte] but that may be soon."
