New Chelsea manager Antonio Conte can sign Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata for free but only if he is ready to send Eden Hazard in the opposite direction.
The Spanish giants have offered £40million and Morata to secure the services of the Belgium international.
Hazard has been one of the most impressive players at the Euro 2016 Championship.
He signed a new five-and-a-half-year contract with the club in February of last year.
Morata is a confirmed target for Conte after reports revealed that he has made personal contact to bring him to Stamford Bridge.
He is also a target for Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain according to reports in Italy.
