Italy's Emanuele Giaccherini could be a surprise signing for Chelsea this summer, according to his agent.
The 31-year-old has been one of the most impressive players during the Euro 2016 Championship and is expected to leave the Black Cats during the summer transfer window.
He spent last season on loan at Bologna but returned to Sunderland at the end of the season.
"Giaccherini is a player who played 80% of the games for Juventus when their midfield was made up of [Paul] Pogba, [Andrea] Pirlo, [Claudio] Marchisio and [Arturo] Vidal," agent Furio Valcareggi told SportItalia.
"[Antonio] Conte likes him very much and Chelsea would be a dream come true for the player.
"But it's still early [to talk about transfer].
"Whoever wants him will be able to buy him after Euro 2016."
