Real Betis are optimistic about securing another deal for Chelsea midfielder Charly Musonda.
Director Miguel Torrecilla has made contact with the Blues to understand if they would be ready to extend the loan spell of the 19-year-old.
A decision will be made after Antonio Conte's Euro 2016 campaign comes to an end.
"With Musonda, we are depending on Chelsea's deadlines," Torrecilla told El Desmarque.
"Chelsea have hired a manager who is also national team coach. They are not having time as they would like.
"It's true that we spoke with Poyet and we all have the idea that Musonda stays with us.
"We are waiting for Chelsea.
"There are a few details left in the new negotiation. It's not simple, it is clear that the player has other alternatives and markets and you have to understand that Chelsea fights for players of world elite and it's normal that they use Musonda and other loaned players as negotiation tools.
"We are optimistic. Everything has a limit and we will see the times."
