West Ham United will not sell star player Dimitri Payet this summer, the Mirror has reported.
Chelsea have been linked with a possible move for the Frenchman who scored one of the most beautiful goals so far at the Euro 2016 Championship.
Recent reports have claimed that the Blues were ready to offer more than £50million to sign the 29-year-old but he is expected to stay with the Hammers, at least for one more season.
On Tuesday, agent Mark McKay confirmed that his client will not leave the club.
"As far as I am concerned, he's been happy at West Ham and it's down to West Ham that he's in the position that he is in," he told Sky Sports News HQ.
"He's doing great now for France and to get him now, you've got to be talking ridiculous money. But football is football, so you never know.
"When he first came last year, we hoped for the best with him. We knew that he was a really good player, but I don't think anyone could really expect what he has gone on to do in the Premier League so far.
"The game against Romania the other night was a joy to watch."
