Chelsea are set to offer N’Golo Kante a five-year deal to reject Paris Saint-Germain and join them, Mirror has revealed.
New manager Antonio Conte wants to sign the Leicester City man as well as Roma's Radja Nainggolan to strengthen the midfield department.
Negotiations for the two players are in the final stages.
Arsenal are also interested in the Frenchman but the Blues are now strong favourites to secure his services.
At the start of the week, the 25-year-old confirmed that he will only take a decision on his future at the end of the Euro 2016 Championship.
"I am a Leicester player," Kante insisted.
"For now, I have not taken a decision even if I have been made offers.
"It will be great to play in the Champions League.
"I will decide my future after the Euros."
