Confirmed: Former Chelsea star will make shock return to Stamford Bridge according to sources close to player

By

Romelu Lukaku wants to go back to Chelsea this summer, sources close to the player have told ESPN FC.

The 23-year-old will leave Everton during the summer transfer window and is a target for a number of top European clubs including Juventus, Paris Saint-German and Real Madrid.

Last week, the Belgium international confirmed that he would be delighted to continue his experience in the English Premier League.

"I keep it [my future club] for me," he told Belgian publication DH.

"A lot of clubs are interested, some of which are already very concrete for five years.

"In my head, I have already made a decision, we'll see.

"It's true that the English competition suits me perfectly, but there are plenty of other beautiful clubs."
