Chelsea are ready to spend £100m to complete their squad before the end of the summer transfer window.
According to Italian website Calciomercato.it, the Blues will soon make an official offer to sign Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba.
The Frenchman has a market transfer value of £60m that the Blues are ready to pay.
They are also still chasing Everton defender John Stones.
Their first two official bids for the youngster were rejected by Everton but an improved offer of £40m is expected to be made at the start of next week.
