Chelsea will offer Victor Moses and Bertrand Traore on loan in order to secure the services of Everton defender John Stones, the Telegraph has reported.
According to reports, Chelsea have made a third bid of £30m for the Englishman.
But it has been rejected by the Toffees just like the two previous offers of £20m and £26m.
Boss Jose Mourinho considers the 21-year-old a must-sign centre-back before the end of the transfer window although Everton are expected to resist the Blues' attempts to sign the player.
