Baba Rahman agent Sascha Empacher says the left-back is ready to join Chelsea.
The 21-year-old will replace Filipe Luis who left to join Atletico Madrid although the two clubs are yet to reach a financial agreement for the player.
"It is only the clubs that have to find an agreement. We on our side are agreed," Empacher told Bild.
