Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho says he's not interested in signing a new midfielder.
The Blues have been linked with Zenit Saint Petersburg midfielder Axel Witsel but the Portuguese made it clear that he is happy with the existing midfield options in his squad.
The 26-year-old has attracted the interest of a host of European clubs with Milan and Manchester United both ready to make a move according to reports.
"At this moment we have [Nemanja] Matic, Ramires, [Cesc] Fabregas, Mikel, [Ruben] Loftus-Cheek and Oscar," Mourinho said.
"Six midfield players. I have no space for midfield players. No space.
"So if somebody talks about midfield players it’s not true."
