Tottenham Hotspur have made an £8m move for Chelsea winger Victor Moses, Mirror has revealed.
The 24-year-old spent last season at Stoke City and is a target for a number of Premier League clubs.
At the start of the week, Stoke City boss Mark Hughes revealed that Jose Mourinho will probably keep the player at Stamford Bridge.
"I think Chelsea have taken a view that they would like to keep him," Hughes told Sky Sports News HQ.
"Of course, they may go into the market again and that might change that idea that they have.
"He did really well for us last year despite some injuries but it looks like Victor could play a part for Chelsea this year."
