Barcelona president Josep Bartomeu has ruled out the possibility of signing Paul Pogba from Juventus this summer.
The midfielder is a top target for Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain according to reports.
Agent Mino Raiola declared at the start of the summer that the player has a market value of £70m, a fee that Barcelona are clearly not ready to meet.
"We will not buy Pogba this year," Bartomeu told reporters.
"We are not planning with him for next season. He is not part of our sporting plans for 2015-16 at this stage."
Meanwhile, Juventus president Andrea Agnelli says anything can happen when asked if the Frenchman could leave the club in the summer.
"Pogba? Nothing is certain in the game of football.
"Years ago everyone said that [Christian] Vieri was not for sale, then [we all know what happened]."
